Description
Retinyl Palmitate is a synthetic ester of retinol (vitamin A) and palmitic acid (a saturated fatty acid). It is one of the most common and stable forms of vitamin A used in skincare.
It is used for its skin-rejuvenation, as an antioxidant that combats free radicals and helps prevent skin aging.
Usage: 0.2-0.5%
pH: 5.0-6.0
Solubility: Chloroform, ether, and vegetable oil.
