Description
Clear Xanthan is an anionic thickener made from 100% natural by fermentation of sucrose or Glucose type with Xanthomonas campestris.
It gives a transparent gel type, with non-sticky consistency. It gives smooth texture.
Tips: Pre-dispersed clear xanthan gum in humectant e.g. glycerin or propylene glycol and then add water phase with mixing.
Makes clear gel and applicable in emulsions or serums
Usage rate: 0.1-2%
