Description
Cetrimonium Chloride is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt. It has conditioning, emulsifying, detangling and antimicrobial properties.
It is used in rinse out and leave in hair and skincare products.
Its positive charge makes it bind to the negatively charged hair, making it smoother and easier to manage.
Usage in rinse out products: 0.25 – 10%
Usage in leave-on products: 0.25-1%
